First.... Guys think most decent looking chicks are hot. IF says your hot then he probably thinks that about every other decent looking girl.
Anyways..... the easiest way to do this is to simply show an interest in him. Going out of your way to talk to him is a good first step. Doest have to be anything serious that you talk about.... just make the effort. guys can usualyy pick up on this and if he digs you then he should get the hint.

I'll tell you what I would think:
A girl who starts flirting with me, when she knows I have a girlfriend (fighting or not) I think she just wants to have sex, because hey, she KNOWS I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND.
So I'd think she's likely to be slutty.
Is that what you want?
I didn't think so.
Wait to see what happens before moving in for the kill.
You could also get in big trouble with the other girl.

First things first, don't make him into a cheater, wait and see what happens between him and the other girl.
