Lots and lots of sit ups, healthy food in balanced amounts, and never under any circumstances try steroids. If you are self-conscious, perhaps the role would allow you to wear a shirt that is ripped and torn in many places, but not exposing those areas that you are shy about. Work out other parts of your body too so your abs don't look so alone!

Lessee, you want abs in two weeks but aparently nothing else. So its presumed that you're going to "climb" that mountain with your stomach, eh? Well you can sit-up/crunch all get out until showtime but you'd look like a washboard. You know, six pack abs with wood frame body. Best to look like you and not a steroid freak.

Whenever you watch televsion between now and then, do crunches and leg lifts during the commercials. Try to do at least 50 crunches during each commercial break, and if you're doing leg lifts, try to keep them up until your show comes back on.
