If you are just starting in the commercial transport field, then no, it is not easy to find a job. If a person builds up his flying hours and safety record, it will not be easy, but less hard. I was flying interceptor aircraft, had over 2700 flying hours, plus 100 hrs of simulator time when my eyes started to change. I was offered the opportunity to transfer to multi-engine transport and took it. Today, I fly a C-130 turboprop transport, even being nearsighted.

I loaned money to Jop Easily and he never paid me back . . . . He drank all the beer last time I saw him. Didn't pay for that, either. He NEVER has any money. I think it's because he's a nearsighted commercial pilot and can't get a decent job.
He was flying for some crappy company that made rubber dog poop and fake barf to build hours, last I heard.

If the employer is a reasonable person, then yes. I don`t think it matters as long as you can get your class 1 med certificate. If you are good at what you do you have nothing to worry about. I would rather fly with a good nearsighted pilot than with a bad perfectly healthy pilot.
You have nothing to worry about.

Yes, very easily. As long as you wear glasses and can get to 20/20 with them, you'll be fine.
