my breasts are unequal the right one's nipple is not projected out. sometimes there is slight pain in the upper RIGHT corner of the LEFT breast. do you think i have breast cancer? and how do i recognize a lump? is it hard and bulgy?

U SHOULD GO STRAIGHT TO A DOCTOR TO MAKE SURE AND TO FIND A LUMP GET TWO OF UR FINGERS AND FEEL ALL YOUR BREAST SLOW

First and foremost thing - Do not jump to conclusions.
You need to appreciate one more thing - all humans have quality of perceiving something abnormal happening to them. Though, they may not be able to conclude what it is. However, Something abnormal does not necessarily mean cancer.
In your case, you had perceived something abnormal happening. Please do consult your physician and carry out tests advised by him/her.
