what can i use as motivation to lose 10 pounds? peoples reactions after i lose it? pictures of skinny people? suggestions please!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Just think about how nice it would be to fit into a pair of jeans or something that you have that's a size or two smaller. You can lose weight very easily by just making sure you eat around 1500 calories per day for a while. It's not as hard as it sounds, just keep track of the calories, and you can actually eat a lot of food during the day as long as it's more healthy food=) My dad just recently lost over 50 pounds in 4 months from watching his calories.

It helps when I watch this reality shows on people trying to lose weight - the before and after -all the process they go trough-you ll see is worth getting encourage by this reality TV Programs on ABC.Best Luck- oh you know what helps me too,to keep a good attitude and believe in my self and tell my self everyday-I am loosing weight- look at the Mirror everday and say I am looking good,I am loosing weight.I have lost 20 in less than 2 month.Keep a good attitude- and if you love chocolate like me -stay away from them!Best wishes- I have 10 more pounds to go!best wishes for us!

You could look in some fashion magazines and find a really nice dress or outfit, cut it out and stick it on your fridge, then you can picture yourself wearing it and looking as good as the model in it. Good luck losing weight!

Why are you trying to lose 10 pounds? Because you believe you need to, or because you're trying to fit into a certain number or ideal? Start looking at your body and appreciating it the way it is. Love yourself and tell yourself you're good enough the way you are. Eat whatever you want whenever you want, but just enough to satisfy you, not huge portions. Be kind to yourself, don't criticize yourself, because it will backfire.

to look hot and buy new cloths.my girlfriend lost weight and brought all new cloths.treat yourself for loseing the hard 10 pounds

Think about how much better you will feel after losing it (if you even really need to), and all of the nice clothes that you will finally be able to fit into.

ugggh! putting yourself down will not motivate yourself! placing pictures of better looking people will not inspire you, it will make you more insecure and you will lose hope and gain more! to really be motivated, you have to be happy with your body, and treat it with respect. eat right, make good decisions everyday, work out and get sleep. most importantly, wear stuff and do stuff that compliment the beautiful aspects of your body and personality. as cheesey as it sounds, coming to terms with your body will give you more control.
