i'm 16, 135 pounds, and 5'2". i want to be 120 by Dec. 29th but i'm not sure if thats possible.

i eat really healthy. and i enjoy exercising. a typical day for me would be:

*breakfast: low fat yogurt, a banana, a glass of skim milk
*lunch: a home made sandwhich (2 bread, 1 tb miracle whip, lettuce, 2 thin slices of turkey lunch meat) carrots w/ a little dressing and a large apple. sometimes strawberries with vanilla yogurt for dessert. and water
*snack: oatmeal or string cheese with a granola bar and water
*supper: a veggie wrap (or some sort of veggie satteed in soy sauce/ stir fry sauce) glass of skim milk, normally some sort of fruit (like apple sauce) and lean meat: like chicken (the healthy kind with no fat)

as for exercise i like to do 30-40 minutes of walking on the tredmill a day, dance for 30 minutes a day. and once a week (sunday nights) go to an indoor soccer thing which lasts for 2 hours

so what do you think?? how fast could i lose the weight??

2 weeks. I did it earlier this year. I'm an athletic guy...5'10 165...I was 185 and ran on the treadmill 2 miles a day for two weeks and that did it. The key is to run those 2 miles NONSTOP. Start with speed 5 the first 2 days..then speed 6 the next 2 days..keep doing that until you reach speed 8 or 9...then just stick with that speed till those 2 weeks are over. No need to change your diet at all.....just drink more water around the clock so you won't cramp up. Good luck. Let me know how well you do after you try.

I think 10 weeks if you're really eating healthy and exercising alot. Its hard to lose more than 2 pounds a week. Try for 1-2 pounds a week.

Idkk, BUT.. I have suffered with anorexia nervosa for a while now and one way to lose weight quickly is to smell pepper everytime you feel hungry. It curves your hunger. It makes your stomach stop growling and you feel almost full. People on the verge of diabetes should do this so that they can stay healthy, but they dont.. =/ Try it.

diet, eating plenty healthy foods, vegtebles, fruits, NO spghetti or breads, drinks 8glasses of water, i would eat once a day like a big salad with chicken or shrimp in it, or ceareal or you can buy slimfast and subsitute that for a meal and go walking for 30minutes everyday or to speed it up run, but do it gradually everyday it wouldnt be good to start off doing it, dont drink sodas or eat anything fatty or high in calories. subsitute like a bag of chips for an apple or juice for a soda. good luck
