Nope. Not even once, even though they were strong Roman Catholics as kids. I am a born again Christian now, despite the fact that they never taught me about anything at all.
I used to be angry at them for not teaching me, but I think that because they didn't, me learning for myself made my faith stronger. I truly do wish that the rest of my family was saved though. There is hope for the future for them though too. Thanks for asking. God bless.

My parents - most especially my Catholic father - and his parents bring up religion and morality all the time. I just politely avoid the subject. I don't want to get blamed for giving grandma a heart attack by telling her I'm a rational satanist and don't believe in any higher power.

My father once said the bible was written by slave owners as a way to keep there slaves passive. You know, turn the other cheek, you will get your reward when dead for your suckey life now.

Yes, they told me about their relationship with Christ and encouraged me. It was never a forced thing- they just nurtured me and allowed me to grow in my own relationship. We need to have our own personal faith- not one "borrowed" from our parents.
