Can you do your job? Are you motivated and do you give 100% at work? That's all that would matter to me.

I would probably never ask about his dating life. Not being in a committed relationship isn't a big deal. I wouldn't assume he was gay unless he was in a committed relationship with a man or told me he was gay.

no kids, no ties, and no problems - the perfect guy to ask to work overtime, and do all the extra work that the family men dont do because they leave at 5 to go home and see their families.

Why would you mention that in an interview?

You wouldn't, and it's illegal for them to ask you anyway.
