i make mash potatoes and a vegetable and mix together. put in center of slice of roast beef and roll, put rolled end downside in pan and pour some beef gravy or au jus on top and put in oven for 1/2 hr on 350. YUM YUM> i made this for my daughters engagement party and it was a hit. i also made other dishes as well.

Cold meat sandwiches or on salads are the only uses I can think of. As soon as you reheat the beef, it will be less rare and less bloody.
