The president of the United States carries the biggest gun in the world. (well actually it is carried for him, and never more than seconds away).
Its called the football, and it contains the Nuclear release codes for all of Americas Nukes.

It does not matter if the President owns fire arms, or where they are kept, such at his ranch in Texas. What matters is he has his finger on the nuclear button.
Recall that Reagan was diagnosed with mental disease after he left office, and what we know of the disease is such that he must have contracted it while he was still in office.

GW is not allowed to handle scissors, paste, pointy things, razors, or goobers ever since the tragic "let's see how many i can stuff up my nose" incident.
In case you hadn't noticed, GW is "special", and the secret service has been trying to get him to wear one of those bike helmets 7/24 for a long time.
