Do you like pancakes?

Pretty self explanatory , but what is your opinion on pancakes?

You can do so many things with pancakes, and add so many things to them....
1.Add oatmeal to your batter, along with cinnamon and brown sugar
2.There are tubs of cheesecake filling in the markets now...add that to the batter.
3. add fruit...sliced, cooked apples(cooked in cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar.
Add chopped peaches, from a can.
Add the traditional blueberries(canned blueberry pie filling will work nicely.
Add chopped walnuts, or hazlenuts, or chopped pecans...
Add strawberry or cherry pie filling(canned or fresh)

So many things...cook the pancakes on one side, add sliced bits of sausage, fold over like a quesadilla, and cook, flipping it over till both sides are cooked.

And, can you tell I like pancakes? I didn't even mention the toppings you can use!

I like pancakes, cos they're easy to make, really delicious and kinda balanced.

Favourite topping is dried apricots, banana, raisins or just with a little butter on the top!!!

My opinion on pancakes is just that it is soooo simple and everyone can enjoy it, from rich to poor, babies to senior citizens!!!!!!

I love pancake made with Bisquik. They are my favourite. I do crave a good oat cake every once in a while too.

YES! I love breakfast food.

ALSO.....I know how to make pancakes. That's even better. (I hardly know how to cook and I only know how to make breakfast food. I'm working on it though).

Now-a-days iHop is being lazy and it's like paper-thin slice and it's either really dry or really really really soggy.
