i need snow tires in the size of P205/55/R16 and my friend has tires that are P205/60R16 will they fit?

They should fit. Change them back after the winter season because they are not matched with the others.

Yes but your speedo will be off and on the low side! You will be going fster than you think=A ticket!
60 is larger than 55 so your tire diameter will be larger!

yes but it will throw off speedometor and will mess up your antilock brake sencors this can be very costly to replace if the brake system fails
