Wordperfect 12?

Hello i had some problems with my wordperfect 12 program so I uninstalled it now im trying to re-install it and it's asking for a Serial number where can i find this serial number they are asking for!! thank you

Did Word Perfect 12 come pre-installed on your PC or did you buy it separately? What OS (Windows XP, Vista, Linux, OS X) are you using?
