Q1) If the roman catholic institutions prides itself in its traditions........ how come that they do not keep the ORDINANCE OF HEAD COVERING as instructed by the Apostle Paul, even in their Douay Rheims version 1899; in

1Cor 11:2 Now I praise you, brethren, that in all things you are mindful of me and keep my ordinances as I have delivered them to you. (NB: the word is ordinanceS, in plural and there are only two ordinances mentioned in 1 Cor 11)

when the Apostle Paul straightaway went into the ordinance of head covering??

Q2) If angels would not be present, would the Holy Spirit be present in their meetings???? If not, what spirit(s) would be in attendance?

Q3) How is it that all the magestriums, cardinals and popes cannot understand the difference between singular 'ordinance' and plural 'ordinanceS'?

Q4) Does God called men to serve Him, when they cannot even understand such basic English? How then can anyone trust them interpret spiritual things???

Come on, you know the answer before you ask it.

Catholics follow their religion in the moment, and establish doctrine that they are comfortable with.

Can I make a suggestion? If you are going to slam people for not understanding basic English, you may just want to brush up on your English skills too. I don't mean this in a catty way either, truly I don't, but sometimes I have a bit of trouble following your sentence structure and grammar. Obviously English isn't your first language, and while I'm impressed that you have a good enough grasp of it to frequent this place, it might be a good idea to just, you know, practice that grammar a bit more.

Anyways, I think I understand what you are saying. I don't believe head coverings are necessary, the Bible is pretty clear on that point. But the Catholics use a different Bible and their doctrines are far different from those in our KJB.

This sounds positively Pharisaical. Listen: Paul's chief concern in I Corinthians is that the church act in unity, charity, and civility in such a way that it puts forth a good witness to the unbelieving culture around it. With this in mind, it is important to remember that this young church was full of people who had been involved in Corinth's thriving sex trade and pagan cults that practiced ritual prostitution. Corinthian prostitutes announced their availablility by going around with their heads uncovered, advertising their wares, as it were. This is why it was proper for female converts in that context to cover their heads, as a way to say that the Christian worship service was nothing like the pagan sex cults and for converted prostitutes to declare that they were free of their old life. Paul adds some mystical support so that his point is more strongly taken by that audience. Such a practice is now no longer culturally necessary in the West(it might be in parts of Asia or Africa). So let Paul's high principle of Christian freedom prevail here, as with the eating of meat offered to idols (which is also no longer an issue): in situations where this tradition is necessary to preserve Christian dignity and witness, then a covering is useful. In places where it makes no point about the grace and freedom we have in Christ, let it be put aside so that others see we are not bound by rules, but by love.

Ok, I can't figure out what this question is asking. You seem to be selectively quoting from a couple different sources but I can't figure how they fit together.

And I'm not encouraged to bother figuring out the question since you want to write the whole problem off as the popes and cardinals can't understand English. Hello...no pope as been English, and the marjority of cardinals don't speak English as their first language either. So if your argument is a gramatical one, you should probably be writing in Latin.

Frankly, I'm wondering if you can write in basic English since I really have no idea what you are going on about "ordinance" and "ordinances." I mean, this is obviously an anti-Catholic rant, sure, but about what? The singular and plural of "ordinance?"

Paul's first letter to the church of Corinth in chapter 11 states:

But any woman who prays or prophesies with her head unveiled brings shame upon her head, for it is one and the same thing as if she had had her head shaved.

This section of Paul's letter is devoted to regulation of conduct at the liturgy and, in particular, with the dress of women in the church assembly.

Women have been participating in worship at Corinth without the head-covering normal for honorable women in Greek society of the period.

Paul's stated goal is to bring them back into conformity with contemporary practice and propriety.

This does not mean that women have to wear head coverings today but that they should conform with contemporary practice and propriety of honorable women of their culture.
