Already have the pudding in the pie crust...kids are waiting and I do not have more pudding and am not going to the store tonight.

How much too much? If just a little extra, it will be okay. If twice as much it's probably just best to use it as a sauce! You could try cooking it so that you boil away some of the moisture, but I don't know if that would actually work. If you have some marshmallows, add them and they'll absorb some of the extra moisture and they taste good in pudding also!

OK, I just read your additional comments. Either add marshmallows or some type of cookie crumbs/pieces or additional graham crackers if you have them.

Drink up.

Do not add cornstarch unless you plan to boil the pudding mixture. The cornstarch will only thicken the mix if brought to a boil for one minute.

Use a little corn starch to thicken it. Dissolve the corn starch in a little water before stirring it into the pudding.
