I defrosted some stew meat and it sat in the fridge only two days. The top part is kind of brown but the underneath meat is red. It doesnt stink. Do you think it could be bad?

Your meat is fine. The change in color has to do with exposure to oxygen. Nothing more. Enjoy your stew!
