It is too young. Typical marrying age in Korea is about 30 for a man and about 28 for a woman.

The couples don't even consider it or desire it, and the parents wouldn't approve anyway.

Even couples in their mid-20s aren't getting married these days. It's rare that you see a marriage where one of the members isn't at least 30 (usually the man) and often times both. The main reasons follow.

Most men are 27 by the time they finish college and the military service. At this time, most don't have good jobs, money or the stability needed to get married.
Women these days don't feel the pressure of decades ago to get married. They are getting college degrees, better jobs and most importantly, more opportunities.

I agree with the first responder; I think people in Korea will think getting married during college is quite young (if you're in your early twenties.) There are, however, so many '연상 yunsang and 연하 yunha' couples (like older men and younger women, or the other way around) that some people do get married and have children during their early twenties. Some young couples also rush into marriage despite their parents' opposals. I think it's too young, but after some hard thinking, if couples are willing to settle down at such a young age (and yes they do, but hopefully not rushing) and if they are able to support themselves.. then I think it would be okay.
I think the typical marrying age for a Korean woman is in her mid-twenties to mid-thirties, and for the man, it's late twenties to late thirties these days.
