I believe the end and the back part of my hair is damaged thus keeping it from growing what should i do.?

the ends are a sandy brown color and frizzy no matter what i do to it. it's also very dry and stands out from the rest of my hair. ther'e's alot of breakage too. what would be the best solution to my problem.

Trim the damaged part, keep it deep conditioned and clip ends every other month
