Polish seems to be overtaking the Irish at the moment. They have even started showing movies in the cinema with polish subtitles. so I'd say it's English, Polish and Irish.

Irish people as a rule need to have3 languages to graduate high school, Irish or (gaelic), English, and one other foreign language, the most popular being French German and Spanish, in that order. However with the influx of other Europeans it's anyone's guess as there are quite a few Polish and Rumanian people living there now.
