What they are doing may be rude, but not illegal.
You can bring it to the attention of the mall manager. A single voice may not bring much change, but if a group of people have similar concerns, I would expect the manager to take your complaint seriously.

VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS! Inform the mall management that you will no longer spend any money at their mall, if the security does not treat you, the customer with respect.
Example: "Green products". The open market changed to offering more environmentally friendly products much faster than if we had to wait for Congress to pass laws. They are still fighting over coal-burning powerplants. When you vote with your dollars, you get results.
Even better, tell the stores in the mall that the security guards are pressuring THEIR customers. They will let mall management know that the security must change the way they do their job. Recommend that they say Sir, or Ma'am; not only will you be treated better, but you can piss them off in the process. All Hail the power of the Mighty Dollar!

The mall is a private property. Thus, the contracted guards have the right to regulate those who enter the mall.

I believe if you complain to the Mall Administration and can prove that they are harassing the customers and running them off. things may change. Nobody no matter who you are should be harassed in a shopping mall or anyplace else. Your money spends just like everyone else.

The guards are employees of the mall, which is private property, not owned by the government. Acting on behalf of the mall, they have every right to remove people who are loitering. If you feel treated unfairly, you can certainly complain to the mall management, but you don't have any recourse in court.

You could complain to the mall, but in all likelihood, the mall hired them to do exactly what they are doing, keep kids from hanging around without buying anything.
If you really are shopping, vote with your wallet and buy things elsewhere.

Consider this as training for when you are an adult and have to deal with the other branch of idiot law enforcement, policemen. Police are pushy control freaks who want government permission to kill and beat people up.
