Here is what I wrote for a previous question:
Yes, you can join the AF without being a citizen, but you have to be a legal resident alien. Honestly, it doesn't disqualify you from a whole lot of jobs, but there will be some you cannot get. Talk to the embassy, or you can go on-line and request info from the AF.

Go to the American embassy there. Let them know what you want and they will turn you to the right direction.

You sound like a good person, good english, for god sake dont join your country's police force, that is the most corrupt force I ever encountered, they were doing way to many drugs, ......I guess I was to but I dont get piss tests hahaha
