Hey, I was wondering about taking a trip to Italy for the summer and I need to know how old you can be to travel there alone without a legal guardian. I do have a ton of money saved up for the trip so alls i need now is to know how old you are supposed to be to travel there alone and where to go. Thnx all.

In order to take a flight, it depends on the company: for instance, a company require parents approval for chldren between 4 and 11 (service include surveillance), some do not require parents approval for people over 14 or 16, etc. So you have to check with the company.
Inside Italy, you're not going to have any problem for traveling, but generally hotels and even hostels do not accept minors (of 18) without a guardian.

you have to be of reasonable age. you can't go if your like 12 but if your like 15 or 16 i think you have to have parental consent and someone to look after you while your there. someone over 18 i think.
