He has a girlfriend who won't let him talk to me. He used to or still kinda does like me. He looks at me in the hallways all the time and smiles and will say hi to me when shes not with him. I'm pretty sure he blocked me on AIM, but if i end up seeing him outside of school like hanging out at his house or whatever he will tell me to come over and we'll hang out. I really like him so I'm wondering if you think he still likes me and if i have a chance with him.

Sure he might like you a little....but he does have a GF. He is keeping you on the back burner..an old guy trick. Just in case something happens with his current Gf, he has you there ready to take her place(as the rebound).
