yes, its nice if you get your boyfriend something for your one year
and what to get them, hmm your favorite picture in a nice frame, or something to do with an inside thing you two share is always nice

For a year - yes they do. It doesn't have to be expensive but something thoughtful - a framed picture, a scrapbook, tickets to a concert of the band that plays your song.

well, yeah! of course get something! 1st year anniversary man! and um, lets see....try to get something that he and you hold dear, or that has to do with you being with each other for that long. say, maybe make a picture frame full of pictures from the past year of you two! (handmade, he'll appreciate it more) good luck!
