a 6-pack is all about having low body fat, you don't even need to perform any abdominal training. everyone has a 6-pack but only a fraction of the population will never have low enough body fat to see it.

Great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym...

Edit:

Internet body fat estimators are not even close to being accurate, they use statistical data. if you had 8.5% body fat you would have a 6-pack

All of us are anatomically the same. The six pack can come using two methods. There's one style of crunch to use just putting the legs in a different position for each set. Legs on the ground and crunch, legs raised about 10 inches, (second set) legs raised almost 90 degrees (third set) . Each different position allows different parts of the abs to be worked. If you have arm sling braces (these are tough fabric) with beanners on each end snap the beanners on the pull up bar, put your arms through them to support your weight then do three sets of 15, knees together bringing knees slowly up towards your chest stopping just after kneed are past the waist. (any higher and the hip flexors are used, not the abs. Next two sets hang the same just twist your body to the right for three sets of 15 then to the left for three sets of 15. you Will be sore, take a day off doing those to recover. Total time working abs should be no more then thirty minutes. IF don't right that's about all you'll feel like doing, they are intense. The other msthods is diet. Right now I'm at 10% body fat and they show a little. At around 5 to 8% they will pop.
Good luck. (by the way, with diet and those movements they'll show long before you go to the beach.)

It probably will, but it may be hidden under a layer of fat. A "6 Pack" comes from about 20% ab work and 80% diet. You have to get down to a very low percentage of body fat for the abdominal muscles to be visible. Working out is the easy part. The cardio and diet restrictions will be hard.

When working your abs you cant just just sit ups those only work your abdominals your obliques also need to be worked do some excersises for both your abdominals and obliques keep a routine of at least 5 minutes a day and you will probably have more than a six pack

You can do all the crunches in the world, but if you don't have the low body fat, you won't see a six pack. You need to be around 10% body fat to see a full six pack.
