yes, even though I was born in South Korea, and had lived there for 12 years of my life, I still feel like Canada is my home. The nature here is so beautiful and I love the smell and freshness.

No, I haven't found such a place yet...
I have traveled many parts of my country (France), looking for that "special" place where it feels like home.
This was my Quest of the Graal, somehow... :-)
Each time I thought I was in the right place but after a few days I realised it was not.
Once, I deeply thought I found the place I needed. I tested several times before moving there. First, I saw the "signs" then they disappeared. I felt better but I came "back" after 2 years: that was not the place...
Now, I know that there is no place on Earth where I can feel like Home. I have given up. I stay in a pleasant place but I don't feel it is home for me.
It is obvious that I was also looking for something inside of me, not a physical place. It is a kind of travel-inside.
I feel that my real home is not on Earth, but I am sure it exists somewhere and that I can feel it inside of me.
And actually, that's is wonderful to be able feel it inside even though I cannot see it.
I am an Atheist.
And here is a song I love because this reminds me of this all so much:
"Somewhere Only We Know", Keane! :-)

When I was 14, I went camping with my family in Northern *********. The first morning, seeing the sun come up over the lake, I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life there. I continued to visit the area frequently, for the next 10 years. The more familiar I became with the people and the area, the more convinced I was about my decision. 30 years ago, my wife and I moved to a small town in that region. I had previously researched the community and felt that it would be a great place to raise a family. I was absolutely right. My kids are all grown now and have their own families. Despite other opportunities, they have chosen to move back here, because they feel it is a great place to raise their own kids. Would it be perfect for you? That's hard to say, because everyone's needs are different. Good luck finding your own little piece of paradise. It's out there. You just need to find it.

Both an earthly place, and a spiritual path. The home of my best friend is the most peaceful, most spiritual, most welcoming place I have ever been. I strive to make my home, and my day-to-day life mimic his in many ways.
Spiritually, when I discovered the path that was meant for me, when I found that someone else believed what I did and there was a name for it, I felt at home. It was as if all of my old, familiar, necessary things had been placed in a new and perfect abode.
have a blessed evening!

Haverford College.
I really, really want to attend that school. I hope I get in...
I got out of the car, and the first thing I saw was a car parked in a faculty parking space. It was COATED in bumper stickers that said things like "peace" and many political views that I share.
Then the air hit my lungs. It was fresh. The place is an arboretum. It's also an incredibly beautiful campus.
The people there-- oh, the people there are wonderful. So friendly! When we were touring, people threw the doors to their rooms open and were like "Look!"
It's just this amazing place that I'm completely in love with.

Anywhere I am is home.
If I could adjust to living in Mississippi as an atheist, I think I can be happy anywhere.
