If there were a 'perfect' deity, there would be no reason to create anything.
An individual, male creation deity? Look around you. There is no logic (or evidence) of that.
Since this being is supposed to be all-knowing and all-powerful, how logical is it that 'He' create beings that disappoint him time and time again? 'Free will'? I don't think that matters if 'the judge' will know what the ultimate decision will be.
I pretty much find the whole thing more than illogical. Pretty absurd, actually...Of course, there's always the chance that I could go senile...

God created existence so he would have somebody to communicate with. EVERYONE came after God. I am a Christian and he doesn't need logic because he isn't a scientist. He has it but he uses it in a good way. He always has a reason and He is very orderly. Everytime

I would say that God wanted to be loved, not that he needed to be loved, and wanted Godly spiritual offspring (this 2nd guess seems to be strongly supported by the Bible, such as God's sending Abram out of Ur, and separating the people Israel to Himself).

His logic must be much better than ours. Have you looked at the world around you lately? We are more interested in the latest movie/music stars, but not about starving people or curing diseases.

Phyiscal existence was created so that God the Father's children (spirits) may have more. The body is a house so that the spirits may taste and feel the things that God the Father created for us to enjoy, but we have forgotten from where we came from. We have the choice of doing our will, the will of Satan our brother, or the will of our Father who is in heaven.

He had no reason. He said so himself.

Later he regretted having done it. Read Genesis chapter six.

As for logic, God doesn't need logic.

Before God's six-day creation project there was no Hell. Soon there will be a Hell containing a hundred billion souls all writhing and screaming in agony throughout eternity -- where's the logic in that?

God doesn't bother with logic. He doesn't need to.

I got to warn you, though, tread lightly when asking such questions, for God reads the questions on here.

Existence created itself. There was no logic involved. It was the lesson the universe had to learn.

Don't bother yourself looking for reason in it, at least not reason that you're able to understand. Seriously, you'll do your own head in. Just enjoy it!
