Macroevolution requires a source of variation that can produces radically novel features, such as bones, fins, legs, wings, eyes, hearts, lungs, kidneys, and so on. You cannot go from a single cell organism to humans without such a source of variation and no such source can be shown to exist.
While some of the traits found in the varieties within species are undoubtedly a result of mutation, they represent a LOSS of information and not anything truly new. To see this for yourself, lets go to your example. Just compare a chihuahua to a wolf or even a mutt and it becomes clear that chihuahuas have lost some genetic information in the selective breeding process.

Another misguided, under-educated soul...sigh...
Ok...the evolution of the chihuahua from the wolf is forced evolution just like every other dog breed...chihuahua's are not naturally occurring sub-species of dogs...you won't find them in the Amazon jungles or anywhere else in the wild...they were created through specific breeding of other dog sub-species...they were originally bred as rodent hunters since cats rarely kill unless they are hungry...
Now run along back to school and study real hard before you come back here to post another question based on lack of knowledge...that's a good boy...here's a lollipop...

It's a perfect example of real evolution. Genetic information loss. As are all observed cases of evolution - sorting and loss of genetic information.
You can't breed chihuahuas to to get wolves.

wait, as an evolutionist, i'm confused. chihuahuas didn't evolve from wolves...... but from a last common ancestor of both common dog (Canis familiaris) and wolf (Canis lupus). chihuahuas are simply phylogenetic traits selected from Canis familiaris....

Do you have proof that it did evolve from the wolf?
Are their fossils of transitional species?
