This guy I work with talks to people and asks them personal questions, and he calls strangers sweetie and it really just talkitive to the point where it's annoying. But he is a nice guy I don't think he is aware of how much he annoys people. Does anyone know anyone like this and How can I go about telling him to not talk so much

I don't really like him seems to be really desperate for friends, he will invite himself everything . Some guy was going to the mall and he kind of intruded on him and was hanging out with him at the stores he went to and he didn't even buy anything

Joey C I can relate to you when he calls me he wants to talk for hours about every single detail of his life. So from now on I make excuses whenever he calls like my cell phone was dead , out of service, etc. I know its mean but otherwise I would be stuck talking to him forever

Just tell him what you told us. That it makes you uncomfortable when he is too personal.

If you guys are friendly then tell hi straight out you like him but he sometimes talks too much. tell him you bet he is a great listener too and that's wjhat a lot of people need. If he's just a business partner then the boss should handle your concerns with something to the effect of, "Hey, you have a good raport with most of our clients, but others seem a little put off by your personal questions when they barely know you". He'll appreciate the honesty

I didn't think there is a such thing as to nice, he's probably just nervous. All you have to do is let him know from time to time that hes is too talkative. Unless hes a really sensitive person, then don't do that lol

I hate people that are TOO nice. It's kinda annoying. And i also hate it when people are nice to people that dont deserve it
