Hmm, that is a hard question to answer. The problem with politicians is that they are forced into displaying what they believe the country wants to see. There are really only two parties that even have a shot at the presidency of course. The republicans generally love the bible, love protecting freedom with our armies, anti abortion, anti gay rights, want to keep government small, stop illegals, and support the wealthy. The democrats generally support the opposite of all these, and also want environmental support, social system reforms, and gun control. As for the bible, the democrats will sooner be more supportive of all religions and realize the importance of spirituality.
As an atheist I know I can't vote republican, yet democrats views do not completely match my views either. Here we live in a scientific age when all religions have been justly proven as bunk, yet our leaders are forced to support the beliefs of our uneducated country. It is very sad how much money and effort people put in to support these thousands year old beliefs. Obviously I would never be elected.

I'm not incredibly enthusiastic about any of the candidates. The only person I would even consider voting for is Barrack Obama. If he doesn't become the president elect, I'm not voting because everyone else will screw the country just as badly as the next person.

Atheist -- Kucinich. i wish you're kidding approximately hoping Ron Paul wins. you're a democrat, yet you prefer Ron Paul to win? Are you attentive to your occasion's platform? Are you attentive to Ron Paul's stance on kinfolk subject concerns? the two issues look a splash disparate. i comprehend, all and sundry gets excited approximately Ron Paul because of the fact of his stance on the Iraq conflict. yet while it is composed of kinfolk coverage, he's a lot like W. *Edit* -- supply me all the thumbs-down you prefer, yet once you do in comparison to George W. Bush's kinfolk coverage, you will greater effective take a 2nd look at Ron Paul. he's easily on the comparable track because of the fact the present President. he's a component of the insanely anti-Democratic "privatize each little thing" crowd. while y'all are procuring privatized water below Ron Paul, do not say i did not tell ya so.

not Al Gore, George Bush 1 or 2, because they are on the record for being anti-atheist.... Any Democrat is better than any of the Republicans.. and Giuliani is a Catholic hypocrite

Edwards.
The one thing I don't like about Edwards is his view on the Death Penalty (yeah, I know I'll get a lot of thumbs down for that one). But other than that, he's my kind of guy.
That said, most of the democratic candidates are pretty cool. We'll see. =]

So far Barack O'Bama. But (around hear, at least) I doubt that's going to happen. I might change my mind depending on who does what about the environmental issues.

I think Hilliary kicks butt. She ran the country when Bill was in Office, I think she could do even better when its her own office. The first thing she'll do is get rid of all Female interns just top make sure Bills not chasing the kitties,if ya know what i mean.

John Edwards is my man. He would be president right now if he had run with Kerry as VP. He's the only one who has always been about universal health care, the others are riding his wake on that issue.
