i just took my 1st defensive driving class ever for a ticket to get dismissed. how many times can you take the class to get a ticket dismissed? i heard within a 12 month period. ive also heard within the past year. which to me means since december is the last month of the year then i can take on on january which is another year. please help out thanks

Different counties within a state probably follow the same rules. Most motor vehicle laws are STATE laws. I am positive the laws vary by state. I doubt any use a calender year as opposed to a 12 month (or longer) period.

Since the objective is to learn defensive driving, you might want to try employing the methods they taught you, and not getting tickets.

I believe it once every three years depends on the Judge and State in which you live

after 3 tickets they should take away your licence. did you not learn anything in the classes. yes i know i teach them
