how well do you take care of your personal temple?

both. sin- overindulgence, sickness- totally unhealthy.

i'm a vegan; i eat only whole foods that i prepare myself. this temple of mine is worshiped.

It could be either, but not both at the same time. If it's a sickness or due to emotional/physiological issues then it's not a sin.

Gluttony is mentioned in the Bible several times. but so is feasting. moral of the story is moderation i think. dont feast all the time and you're ok.

its also a sickness and probably rooted in some deeper psychological issue.
