I need easy to make low fat/calorie munchie foods. I don't completely mean low calorie or low fat, just stuff other than hot wings, cookies, pizza, etc.

It's gotta be fast and simple.

Thanks in advance!

Horrible, horrible idea's so far. Keep in mind TASTE is a factor please. I'm not fat, just trying to keep the one true love of my life (Mary-Jane) involved in my life without gaining too many pounds.

Get the makings for your own Trail Mix: Dried cranberries, cherries and raisins, Mixed nuts, your favorite granola, shredded coconut and M&Ms - mix together and store in an air tight container or large Zip-Lok bags. It is both salty and sweet at the same time and is good for you.

The lowest calorie snack that is the best for you is fruits and veggies. If you hate them, try different ones. There are a lot more varieties of fruits and veggies in the grocery store these days, and you can eat more out of season selection as well, like berries of all kinds. Try some new fruits and veggies and you will find something you like. I try to rotate what I eat a lot so I don't get sick of any one kind as this can happen easily. I probably won't eat apples or banana again for a long time, instead I will eat papaya and berries. As far as veggies go, I love raw bell pepper but didn't even realize it until I tired it. And throwing some garlic, cucumber, and cilantro into some yogurt makes a delicious salad.

You can buy those 100 calorie pack things. They make cookies and crackers. Also, pretzels are good. You can get those small microwave popcorn bags too. They come in 94% fat free and they are single serving bags. Also, hardboiled eggs are good. They are high in protien so they will keep you satisfied for a while. I keep a bag of string cheese and low fat turkey breast in the fridge at all times. Easy and keeps me satisfied for a long time.

Hot wings, cookies, pizza etc. aren't exactly low in fat my friend! Here are some ideas:

1. Celery and Carrot stix with fat free ranch dressing
2. Celery stix and hummus
3. Carrot stix and low fat peanut butter
4. Triscuit low fat crackers with melted 2% cheese on them and a little salsa
5. Chicken tenders: sliced boneless/skinless chicken breasts seasoned, dipped in flour, egg wash, and panko bread crumbs, baked until golden and cooked thru.
6. Baked fat free mozarella stix: follow the above directions for chicken tenders and serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
7. English muffin halves with Maille mustard, Smithfield baked ham, and havarti, broiled.
8. Turkey and swiss cheese rollups
9. Rice krispie treats
10. Baked potato skins with low fat sour cream and 2% cheese.
