She follows everyone as if she knows something is wrong. She also has a look in her face that seems really sad, now everyone is really worried about her?

Sounds like some sort of pain/trauma/ or something is frightening her. If it's not normal ehavior get her look at. But first try to narrow down what it's not...to help the vet better determine what tests to do.

Was your dog from a Shelter? Was her mom abused or was she abused from the breeder? All these things could have a dog to get scared and shake. Or, maybe she is just nervous about something bad happening. My old dog used to shake too, because she was scared. If you are really concerned about it, just pay a visit to the vet and get er checked out. Good Luck!
