What you mean since they were an infant? No, every child who believes had to actually make a choice of what they believed. It started sometime and a choice was made. I was eleven, others choose to be saved at 6 or even 5 years old. Any way you slice it they had a salvation experience where they received salvation and were "born again".

Age is not a factor. Accepting Christ as your Savior, at any age is becoming Born Again. Those who accept Christ Jesus at a very young age, God is able to make them stand and carry on their decision throughout their lives.

If they have not believed unto salvation, they are an unbeliever. They can sing and do great things, even miracles as we know them because the power is in the name of Jesus Christ, if they believe then they will see these things come to pass.
They can call themselves a Christian all day long but God doesn't count them as a Christian.
The term Christian originated as a mockery. The disciples were called Christ - ians, because they were followers of Christ.
So, to answer your question, you are correct and no, they are not a Christian because they have not been born again of the water and spirit.

Uh, NO! If that child has an understanding of what Jesus did for them and has asked Him to be their Savior and forgive their sins and live in their heart, they are JUST as saved as any adult...probably even more so because Jesus even said you have to have the faith of a child. there is no set age that being born again happens...if you BELIEVE in your heart AND CONFESS with your mouth...YOU SHALL BE SAVED!! Those are not my words or anybody else's but what the word of God tells us.

No born again means that we are born again spiritually- we can never be born again physically- Why would you say that a child is not born again? Children who accept Christ as their Savior is as born again as I was when I accept Him at 17.

Being born again simply means to accept Christ in your heart and to allow Him to change your lifestyle according to His word day by day. It's being born again but in the spirit sense, not physical sense as when a mother does in labor. His spirit fills you upon receipt of Jesus in your heart and faith applied and He changes you.

You do not. Salvation is neither earned nor deserved. It is the free gift of God to those He chose to give it. It is given by Christ's act of assuming our sin and paying the penalty for us. To believe that one could lose his salvation once received means believing that Christ did not do the job God send Him to do.
