The answer is not as simple as you would like to believe.

Your "ideal" weight depends upon your bone structure and your age.

For example, I am 5'2" and weigh in around 115. I exercise regularly and am considered petite. When I was in my 20s, my weight should've been around 110.

The best resource for what you should weigh would be your doctor.

By the way, just realize that the number on the scale is just a number. If you listen to your body, it will tell you when you get to the right weight.

Best to you! : )

weight is not nearly as important as body composition. Muscle weighs more than fat (and having more muscle is healthier than having fat), so you could theoretically weigh what seems too much for your height, but be VERY healthy if it is mostly muscle and very little fat. You can get a body composition done at most gyms. You really need to do it on a regular basis by the same person though. They will measure % body fat with fat calipers (pinch method) and they will measure you with a tape measure, and they will weigh you.....combining all three is the best way to tell your overall health and body composition.

It all depends. BMI is usually not very accurate is some cases. A person's weigh should depend on gender and how much muscle they have. A person with tons of muscle could weigh plenty more than one with more fat, yet they would be healthier. All in all, it depends.

It does depend on how much body fat you have. The more lean mass you have, i.e. muscle and bone weight, the more you can weigh without actually being overfat.

according to bmi:

ideally, 115.

about 105 at the lowest and 135 at the highest

that's not considering muscle, tho. have you seen those 5'0 140lb gymnastics girls? they're not overweight, but you'd think so from weight.

i believe once you hit about 5ft you should be around 100. for every inch after that add about 5lbs. so you should be around 110. But it also depends on your body structure and what looks healthy for you.
