Walking does let you lose weight but its all in the way that you walk. If you walk briskly and breathe properly it will work, also pull your tummy in at the same time.

it all depends if ur going up hill or down if your riding your bike up hill u will lose more then if you were walking but if you would go down hill riding a bike you would lose nothing but you would lose weight walking down hill

Biking will definatly help both areas, particulaly your legs as you use muscles to peddal you dont normaly use when walking.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
