my answer: yes
if an evolutionair advantage to having your head up your *** appears we will after a few million years be so. In the infinite vastness of space an alien civilisation may already have it so. this is practical for several reasons.
1)one would never again need to buy a hat
2)colon cancer would be discovered almost immediatly when polyps are involved
3)deaths from head injuries would lessen
ect. ect. ect.
