Yes you can. You are considered an accompliss. Even though you are not directly involved in the said crime that will happen, or is going to happen, you know about it, and could of prevented it, or gave law enforcment the heads up to catch the persons in the act.

Unless you did SOMETHING to aid in the crime, you are NOT an accomplice. In the US you are NOT required to report a crime that has not yet happened. Even if you did, it is unlikely anything would happen until they actually did as they plan.
