Are you serious!?! How did you come up with that? It's perfectly normal for ALL humans to touch themselves. "Sick in the head" is a term that should be used for ignorant people who spew such nonsense! People masturbate to get rid of tension, plus it feels good. I think you are sick or it makes you sick to touch yourself, you need help. Maybe you should get some counseling. Their is nothing wrong with touching yourself. You take a shower don't you? Do you have a home nurse bath you or do you "touch yourself", you don't make any sense.
