Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. From http://myweight.info

hate to break it to u but u can't

nutritional diet and daily exercise is the tried-and-true way to effectively lose weight. recommended weight loss is 1-2lbs/week so theres no quick fixes here

and also remember that 1 lb= 3500 calories to put it into some numerical perspective

Honestly? You can't do it 'quick'. It took months to put it on, it'll take weeks to take it off. You have to exercise, reduce your calorie intake down to 1,200 calories a day, NO fried foods, no junk food, no soda, no potatoes or bread.

People want instant cures, and there just aren't any.

it will take a lot of time....excersize about 1000-1500 calories a day, everyday. only drink water and eat fruits and vegetables.
