.. unresponsive, only saying one word which I could not even understand... my dad is thinking of calling emergency soon... she was completely fine this morning, and after brunch she went to sleep and now its like this??!!! I'm so worried and please don't say "you shouldn't be on answers then", I just want advice!!

either way its time for emergency services.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand what either of you are waiting for. If you're old enough to be on here, you're certainly old enough to know that she needs help - call 911 or your local emergency service # NOW. As for your dad, he should know better. If this was you that they were trying to wake and you were unresponsive and not able to communicate, how long would you want someone to wait before getting help ????

If she isn't responsive by the time you read this...
911 should have been called.
Have your dad look for any types of medications she could have taken.
Like sleeping pills, pain medications, etc.
If someone if "unresponsive" after sleeping all day, why wait? There is something wrong. Tell your dad you need to call 911 now..

it could be a heart attack.
the person has the biggest urge to go to bed and falls asleep but it doesnt last all day, maybe 15 minutes if theres no care (cos then the persons dead)
but anyway, HOSPITAL! now!

well, he should of called emergency right away!
It may be she's had a stroke!!! She may be asking for HELP and you 2 are just sitting there worrying............don't sit there, do something NOW!!

ambulance of course. has she taken something? like cold medicine, alcohol? could be many things going on here but the first thing that comes to mind is a stroke.

yeah i'd get an ambulance quick, she's not on any medications is she? you may want to take them to the hospital with you. Hope she feels better soon.

Maybe your mom is on drugs. You should make her get up and go to the hospital and then take a piss test.
