No, just think of this. When you starve your body of the nutrients it needs, it will actually store your fat for warmth, and will turn any food you eat to fat right away so that your body can stay warm. It does this subconsciously, you cant control your subconscious mind, science has yet to figure out how that part of your mind even works.
So with that in your mind, by starving yourself, you will actually get fatter, and its not like you starve yourself for a few weeks and then you go back to normal. Your body will actually stay this way because your subconscious mind will think that you will go back to it anyways, so it will get preparred for you to do it again. Instead of your body feeding off of fat, it feeds off your muscle. You dont want to loose your muscle, its what really creates your figure, your curves, etc.
So dont starve yourself, and thats a form of starving yourself, and as for the chewing then spitting to cure a craving without getting the fatty stuff from it, thats a lie. When you chew and spit out something like chocolate, your saliva automatically begins to carry things like sugar to your body. You may not eat the food, but actually the worst parts of the food is what is going in, the good parts of the food is what you would be spitting out.
If this doesnt do it for you, just look at Nicole Richie when she was extremely skinny, or Angelena Jolie. Then go and ask any guy period if they found them sexy at that point in their life, they will all say no. Unless they have a fetish or something.

you do if you have an eating disorder. there would be no point to chewing up food and spitting it out. anyone that does this needs professional therapy as it's a very unhealthy way to lose weight. the sad part is that all of these eating disorders cause more problems then they solve and only damage the body worst than being overweight does.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

you've some issues. you're dropping foodstuff this is money and this is gross to spit foodstuff out after chewing it. you're not any more getting the food your body needs, so your body is deteriorating, very slowly. significant element: end what you're doing and devour up.

My friend did that and had to be hospitalized because she refused to eat (starve) and spit the food.

yeah, like if i get a craving for something like chocolate i'll chew it up and spit it out. that way i satisfy my craving w/o actually getting all the fat and stuff.
