If you have a great body but ugly face a guy will still want to get into your pants.
Yes it is a crude compliment that they want to have sex with you. Do they find you attractive? Some part of your body they do.
If a guy says this to you then ladies this is not the guy for you. He is crude and wouldnt know how to take care of you. He is after a quick score to take care of his need

some teen guys are decent .. some are just sleeze bags that will get any action they can .
if he's laying on the compliments too thick, then he's lying .
but still, it doesn't matter if he finds you attractive . it's if you think he's worth your time .
ask around school . is he known to be a player ? or is he a shy guy ? [ some shy guys are notoriously deceptive too, though ]

absolutely not. He might not try to get in a girl's pants who he finds ugly, but it doesn't mean that he has to be attracted to you to try and get in your pants. there's a big space between "ugly" and "attractive"

Men do it because they find that woman attractive. They may not want the commitment they may just want to have fun. Others want that and more. Only desperate men will do that with ugly women.

Not necessarily...it means he wants to get laid (sorry to be so blunt). Guys seem to want to get in as many pants as they can when they are teens...so I would hold your morals up there and let someone who is really meaningful 'get in your pants'.

usually, guys don't care whether or not the girl is attractive or not. all they want is someone who's available. but..more than likely the girl is attractive. =]
