LOL, this is a familiar problem for me.

I'm not making fun of you. It really depends on the gene pool.

I'm 5'10", my husband is 5'11" and both of us have family members who are over 6' tall. Even some of the female memebers are over 6' tall.

My son is, my brother is, numerouts uncles, etc.

When my youngest child was born ( a daughter) I expected her to follow suite and be about 6' tall.

Much to her dismay and to my amusement, she is 5'1" tall. She is 17 years old and even if she grows a little more, there isn't a chance in heck she's gonna reach 6'.

The only way I've ever heard of anyone being able to grow taller than they were meant to be was on a tv show about people with dwarfism. There is a stretching method, performed by doctors that have made people grow taller than they were intended to be. It's my understanding it can be painful and I'm not sure it's worth it.

Good luck

It all depends on your genes.
Was anyone over 6 foot tall on either side of the family?

I believe you stop growing vertically around 18.
But not horizontally if you're a junk food addict.

eat healthy foods and when you are 20 you should be almost to your full adult height....i have seen examples of people from the orient who's children are taller than they are...in the mean time the inner you is the most important person in your life and that is what you really can control....

Hard to say. I reached my adult height by that age. You might be finished growing or you could still grow several inches.

it looks like never. since your father isn't 6 feet and everyone else is shorter than 6 feet, I'm guessing you'll be 5'10 or 5'11

You can't change how tall you will be...
Probably you will be over 5'7, but how much is largely determined by your overall gene pool...

Most likely, no. Height shouldn't matter.
