i think the whole point of omnipotence is to be decidedly undemocratic. i also think terry pratchett has it right, tho. the power of a god is directly proportional to the power of people's belief in him. if christianity is really failing, it's not because it's being attacked from the outside, it's failing because it's falling apart from the inside.

If God can be read within nature, then we must say he's democratic. For instance, When a group of deer get a drink at a pond, they will drink until half have stopped drinking, then the herd will leave. It doesn't matter if the alfa-male (our king model) is finished drinking or not, the herd moves on when more than half have stopped. The alfa-male, in deer life, has first dibs on mating, but little else. In wolf society these decision are made by a 2/3 majority and the alfa-male (king or President) has more executive privileges and power, but it is still a version of democracy.
So, if God is visible in his creation (as above, so below) then he is democratic.

God is NOT democratic; nor is He part of a democracy. He and He alone will judge mankind! There will be no vote...

No, God is all knowing, so He does not need to rely on the voice of others. He asks us to follow His truth in faith. I do believe that democracy is something that is supported by God though, since we do not know the truth as He does and should be granted choice.

God sees everyone equal from outside, but what matters is the faith of him in the inside.
