How do you counteract the extreme fatigue and brain fog that follows the pain???

For me, a nap is a good solution, both to get through the pain and the fatigue and brain fog. Plus, doctors are always saying how a nap can work wonders for mid-day fatigue.

You get migraines too? Maybe it's your Mirage that's causing them...just kidding.

I don't care about the fague after a migraine as long as the pain is gone. I will just lay around and watch TV and take it easy.

I'm not sure what works, but if you have auras before you actually get the headache itself, taking pain relievers might help you have a headache that's less severe.
