One time I was pulled over for no apearant reason, it was 2:00am I had been drinking but was driving fine, in fact my friend that was with me, who doesn't drink, let me drive because he didn't think anything was wrong with me. I was pulled over by a state trooper and arrested for DUIL. When I went to court the officer took the stand and stated that he pulled me over because I crossed the center line 3x and the fog line once. What he didn't know was that my lawyer had supenaed the police car video. The video showed me passing the trooper in the oppisite direction, him doing a U turn and following me for several miles without me crossing over anything. This guy was caught in a flat out lie. The Judge's comments were "you can't go around pulling over people for swerving within their own lane otherwise people would have to drive perfectly straight and that's nor concieveable. However being that it was 2:00am, I think the officer was justified by doing so. Do you have similar story?

yes they lie. i was making a lane change with my signal on then made a right turn and then signaled a left turn and entered a parking lot. The cop chased me down and accused me of crossing the lines. Duh I was making a lane change. I had 4 beers in two hours. I took the Breathalyzer test and it registered ZERO many times. He said I smelled like alcohol so he arrested me and wrote me up for refusing the breath test. At the station he then asked if i would take the test again i said what good is it gonna do i Blew ZERO on the road. He said oh so your refusing to take the test? I said no. Meaning no I not refusing. Bang he wrote me up again got a subpoena for blood test. At the Secretary of state hearing police states initially i did NOT refuse the test and in the report he states he thinks i tried to flee. What I didn't even travel a full block from the point where the pig was parked and where he pulled me over. Not charged for that but its in the BS lie report. Oh so now he's contradicting the ticket. Now I go to court with public pretender as an attorney. He don't show up. I get a replacement who looks at my case for 3 minutes max. He's half blind by the way. He goes in to talk to the prosecutor and the deaf prosecutor yep I said deaf cause he has hearing aids in both ears anyway he says plead guilty to all and he'll reduce the DUI to OWI. I say wait a minute lets subpoena the secretary of state tape to prove my case. OK says the lawyer I'll see/. He comes back and says the prosecutor doesnt care what evidence you have I suggest you plead guilty to the lesser charge??? I think to myself is this guy related to Nifong? HMMM a half blind lawyer, a deaf prosecutor, and a lying cop. This is justice??? Yep I've lost my license for a year, paid fines, paid for court ordered rehab, needing transportation paid extra to get to work, and have a criminal record due to lying cop and the unjustice system. The cops lies are the michigan police department's best evidence.

who ever gave me the thumbs down it's a true story.
Oh I know who did. Elimination of suspects and posting leads me to the answer. I'll probably be able to guess your career as well. You know who you are go pray for forgiveness.

Playing the BS card on this.

If the cop lied and the judge realized this as you state you would not have been found guilt. The officer's probable cause for the stop was your weaving, if your attorney had proof you weren't weaving then the PC disappears, making the stop illegal. If the stop was illegal everything including your BAC would have been thrown out by the judge.

As you were found guilty, you are lying...take a tiny bit of responsibilty for your own actions, and stop driving drunk.

You state your attorney subpoenaed they police video that PROVED you were not swerving and the Judge told the officer he acted improperly. You then state that you were convicted based on the officers actions and testimony. One of those statement has to be false. I am betting you WERE convicted and your entire question is the lie.

You were guilty right.
If you can lie so can the cop (The ends justify the means) (not always, but in this case)
