spaghetti can be made with white flour or whole wheat flour....whole wheat flour is better for you as it increases the roughage in your system....spaghetti come in a variety of sauces like Alfredo to something simple like extra virgin olive oil so they have a contributing factor in the dietary scheme of things.....also how much to you eat at one sitting....
all that said....eating spaghetti 4 times a month is not unhealthy....everything we do needs to be done in moderation...even watching our diet needs to be done in moderation...

Spaghetti is actually good for you if you do it right, not that canned stuff, we eat it about once a week and we are all healthy, i add fresh zuccini, mushrooms, onions and diced tomatoes to prego, it's the most amazing dish, my family loves it, but it is healthy packed full of veggies and tomato sauce is is great for you, the only bad thing is the carbs from the noodles, but you can buy pasta that has half the amount of carbs if you are trying to watch your weight.. hope i helped.

Spagetti is made from wheat, so if you have a problem with wheat you will have a problem with it. Otherwise dont eat huge portions of it and you will be fine. Carbohydrates are necessary to produce energy and you need this to live. Enjoy it in moderation like all food and you will not affect your body shape.

it's healthy.
unless you make it otherwise. if you use a sauce thats bad then it will make the spaghetti bad. i mean it depends on what you put on it.
but you're sposed to have so much of the pasta/bread a day. go check out the food pyramid to see how much. they have websites that even fit it to how many servings for you're body (weight/height/age)

Spaghetti is just flour, eggs, & olive oil.
Total quantity is the determining factor.
Try whole wheat version if concerned.

Are you serious? It's food. Yes, you can eat it.
It's carbohydrates so it's not the healthiest thing to it, but if you have salad and milk with it it's fine.
4x a month is fine. You could have it once a week and it would be fine. Just don't eat a sh*t load of it.

It can affect your body depending on how make it. However if you make it like normal you should be good. It might just make you a little curvy (not fat) just honestly curvy.

Depends on how much of it you eat at one time. :) 4X a month, you will be fine. I am a marathon runner so I eat it 4X a week and am rail skinny.

It can make a difference on your carb intake and pasta can make you feel sluggish. I'd just switch to low carb pasta or at least use whole wheat.
