How can I make instrumentals? My own musical songs??

Get a group of musicians together and JAM!!!

Record the Jamming session then listen to the recording. Find a part of the Jam that sounds good and build a song from that.

Whatever instrument you play, just keep playing around with note patterns, or chords, until you find something you like. It might be useful, if you can to record what you are doing so you can remember it. It's what I do, usually on guitar. Hope this helps.
